Holidays for food-lovers
The Opéra neighbourhood and its restaurants

The 9th arrondissement of Paris, where our hotel is located, is full of restaurants to suit all tastes and occasions. Whether you are looking for the height of refinement or a more informal atmosphere, you will have plenty to choose from!

Discover gourmet restaurants, bistrots, and unexpected treats... the hotel puts you within easy walking distance of restaurants near the Opéra such as the famous Café de la Paix with its colonnades, stuccoes and ceilings painted by Garnier, the Grand Café Capucines, an iconic brasserie on Grands Boulevards, the Opéra Restaurant at the very heart of Palais Garnier, Drouant, founded in 1880 and which has now become something of an institution, and is also the headquarters of the Goncourt & Renaudot literary prizes, La Fontaine Gaillon in a town house built by Hardouin-Mansart, Au Petit Riche, a superb, Belle Epoque-era brasserie decorated with mosaics and, of course, the area’s foremost gourmet restaurant: Le Grand Véfour (between the 1st and 9th arrondissements), a stunning example of 18th century decorative arts and a temple to gourmet dining with its two Michelin stars.

Not far from Opéra and our hotel, 10 minutes’ walk away, you will find the equally lively Bourse neighbourhood, famous for its finance institutions (Palais Brongniart) and its many restaurants, bouchons, and bistrots, giving pride of place to traditional French cuisine: Le Gallopin, Le Vaudeville, La Petite Bourse, La Bourse et la Vie, Le Biscornu, Bistrot Vivienne, Aux Lyonnais…
