Porter
We will provide you with information, help you and make bookings for you. We are there to help you whatever your needs, whether ordering a taxi or booking seats at a performance, renting a car or guiding you in your discovery of Paris.
Newspapers
Newspapers are available in the hall or can be brought to your room with breakfast on request.
Linen - Cleaning
Please inform the reception should you need any clothes cleaned. Items left in the morning before 12pm will be ready for the following noon. The cleaning/ironing price list and a bag to put clothes in are in your room.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am in the 1st floor restaurant.
Safety
The hotel is equipped with a fire safety system in accordance with European standards. In the event of a fire, fireproof doors will automatically close on each floor to prevent smoke from spreading and an alarm will be triggered. Fire safety instructions are given on the back of each bedroom door.
Check-in
Rooms are normally available from 2pm onwards. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than this your room will be made available as rooms are vacated by the previous guests.
Check-out
You must vacate your room by noon on the day of your departure. If you wish to extend your stay in the room please contact reception. Unless prior agreement has been reached with the hotel management, extended departure times may be subject to additional costs.
Electricity
200~240 volts in each room. Adaptors are available at reception.
Payment
We accept credit card payments: VISA / AMEX / DINER'S / MASTER / JCB.
For payments by cheque you will be required to produce an identity card or passport. For long stays guests are asked to pay at the end of each week.
Business
Stay connected all time! Free Wifi in each room and public area, and business center available 24 hours a day: The Front desk will help you regarding any kind of sending, whatever it is by fax, by post or any kind of files printing.
Family / Babysitting
Children and babys are welcome in the hotel: on simple request, we provide baby’s high chair, or a cot. We may also help you to organize babysitting through a fully experimented and registered babysitter’s company.
