Front office staff were the most helpful, cheerful and friendly . Ernesto checked us in and he’s been very nice and almost helpful. Housekeeping could’ve been better as they forgotten water bottle, toilet rolls and towels on different occasions . Only thing we did not like was the size of the bathroom especially the shower cubicle which was the smallest ever that we hurt our elbows few times just showering

滞在した四泊はとても満足でしたが、 部屋に置いておいたワイヤレスイヤホンが紛失しているのを3泊目に気がつき、どこを探しても無く、金庫に入れておかなかったことを後悔しました。

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé dans la quartier des grands magasins proche du métro.Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.Seul le petit déjeuner ne propose pas de produits pouvant justifier son prix qui me semble un peu élevé même si il y a quand même du salé chaud.

J'ai été très agréablement surpris principalement par le prix et par l'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de tout avec un métro très pratique. Le prix était relativement très attractif, j'étais donc inquiète de l'emplacement et de la chambre que j'allais avoir, j'ai été très surprise en bien. La chambre était tres bien a part la douche qui était très tres petite.

I was happily surprised. The location of the hotel is very practical. The room was nice and clean. The staff was so kind and answered all the questions we had with patience. Breakfast was better than expected and the lady in charge of breakfast was so nice.
